Minimum Requirements:

• Undergraduate Degree from an accredited university
• 2.75 cumulative gpa or higher

   • If academic work is from outside the U.S., an official course-by-course evaluation report from a NACES member evaluation service such as WES, ECE, or SPANTRAN is required.
5. Proof of English Proficiency - If the applicant's native language is not English an official English proficiency exam (TOEFL, 雅思考试, MELAB, or Duolingo) is required and must be sent directly from the testing agency to Carroll University.
   • The Carroll University institution code is 1101.
   • Score results must be from a test taken within the last two years.
   • Applicants who are citezens of or who have received a bachelor's degree from one of the following countries are exempt from the English proficiency requirement: Australia, 伯利兹, the British Caribbean and British West Indies, 加拿大(除了 Quebec), England, Guyana, Ireland, Liberia, New Zealan, Scotland, and U.S.和威尔士.
   • Minimum required TOEFL Score: 79 (IBT) / 213 (CBT) / 550 (PBT)
   • Minimum required 雅思考试 Score: 6
   • Minimum required MELAB Score: 85
   • Minimum requried Duolingo Score: 115
6. F-1 Visa Documents - Students in F-1 Visa status must submit the following:
   • Statement of Financial Support
   • 银行对账单
   • 护照复印件.

• July 2024 - Award Notification

The 雅思考试 USA Andrea Scott 国际 研究生 Scholarship is a US$5000 tuition scholarship that is awarded to an international graduate student enrolling in an accredited US college or university. The scholarship can be renewed for up to three years if you maintain a good academic standing.
